Interface Monitor

The Interface Monitor page displays an Interface Health Check/Message Log table so users can view the history of interface messages and their statuses.

Note: If you do not have any On-Premise interfaces selected, no data is available to display in the Interface Monitor.

Filter

Filter the interface messages by:

Start/end date

  1. Select a Start Date from the calendar icon.

  2. Select an End Date from the calendar icon.

  3. Click Search. The Interface Health Check/Message Log  table displays a list of messages received during the time period selected.

Find messages search

  1. Enter the Account ID in the Find Messages field.

  2. Click the search icon. The Interface Health Check/Message Log table displays a list of messages for the account ID you entered.

Status code

  1. Select the Status Code drop-down.

  2. Select the status codes to view. You can filter by:

    1. New

    2. Retrieved

    3. Success

    4. Failure

    5. Retry

    6. Received

    7. Acknowledged
