The Interface Monitor page displays an Interface Health Check/Message Log table so users can view the history of interface messages and their statuses.
Note: If you do not have any On-Premise interfaces selected, no data is available to display in the Interface Monitor.
Filter the interface messages by:
Select a Start Date from the calendar icon.
Select an End Date from the calendar icon.
Click Search. The Interface Health Check/Message Log table displays a list of messages received during the time period selected.
Enter the Account ID in the Find Messages field.
Click the search icon. The Interface Health Check/Message Log table displays a list of messages for the account ID you entered.
Select the Status Code drop-down.
Select the status codes to view. You can filter by:
New
Retrieved
Success
Failure
Retry
Received
Acknowledged
