If you require assistance from our Customer Care team, please open a case in our Aven Hospitality Community Portal. If you have received an invitation to enroll, you can complete the registration following the steps shown here.

  1. Go to Aven Hospitality Community Portal.

  2. Click on Register for an Account.

  3. Add your email address.

  4. Click Register.

  5. Follow the instructions sent by email to complete the enrollment steps and set a secure password.

If you have not received a welcome email or encounter an error, please contact your Account Representative.
