House Accounts

House accounts are created in order to track charges and payments for an individual or a company who are not linked to a specific room or reservation.

Create a new house account

1. Click Create an Account.

   1. Click Active to make the account available for activity.

   2. Click Inactive to create a non-active account.

2. Fill out the Account and Contact information.

   1. House Account Name

   2. Description

   3. First Name

   4. Last Name

   5. Phone Number

   6. Ext

3. Click Save to create the house account, or click Cancel to exit without creating the account.

Filter the house accounts shown

1. Select Filter to request a specific set of wake-up calls.

2. Select the House Account status to be shown:

   1. Active

   2. Inactive

View the house account folio

1. Click the name of the account you wish to view from the House Accounts table.

2. The House Account folio displays.
