Chain Default Setup

Set up Loyalty Program, EDW settings, and Hotel Form disclaimers for the chain.

Loyalty program

1. Select the loyalty options from the below checkboxes:

   1. Do not create a central profile when the guest chooses not to enroll for the loyalty program checkbox to disallow the system from saving guest details.

   2. Allow management of travel documents for un-editable guest profiles checkbox to edit member guest profiles in the Find a Guest page.

   3. Calculate loyalty reimbursement based on ADR percent. If unchecked, loyalty reimbursement will be based on tier level checkbox.

2. Click Save.

EDW setup

1. Select the Chain supports EDW extract checkbox to allow the EDW file to populate during Night Audit. 

2. Select the Chain supports Commodity Codes checkbox if the hotel chain supports commodities. 

Note: If commodity codes are not set up for the chain, the user cannot select this checkbox option. To set up commodity codes, contact your Chain Administrator.

3. Click Save to complete the Chain Default Setup, or click Discard Changes to cancel.

Hotel form chain disclaimers

The Hotel Form Chain Disclaimers section allows the user to enforce disclaimer forms on registration cards and folios (Setup → Property Hub Configuration → Property Settings - Hotel Forms). When a corporate disclaimer is enabled, only newly created or updated templates are validated. Existing templates are not impacted by the enforcement.

Guest folio

1. Enter the corporate disclaimer text in the text box (up to 900 characters).

2. Select the Enforce on all Guest Folio(s) checkbox.

3. Click Save.

Group folio

1. Enter the corporate disclaimer text in the text box (up to 900 characters).

2. Select the Enforce on all Group Folio(s) checkbox.

3. Click Save.

House account folio

1. Enter the corporate disclaimer text in the text box (up to 900 characters).

2. Select the Enforce on all House Account Folio(s) checkbox.

3. Click Save.

Registration card

1. Enter the corporate disclaimer text in the text box (up to 900 characters).

2. Select the Enforce on all Registration Card(s) checkbox.

Note: When the corporate disclaimer is enforced, it replaces the current disclaimer on the default registration card.

3. Click Save.
