Use to manage the EDW file and folio feed logs.

EDW file

The EDW file is generated after running the night audit. To view the EDW Logs, click the drop-down caret.

1. Enter the property ID or property name in the Search field.

2. Filter the results by:

   1. Business Date:

      1. Click the calendar icon to view a business date to select.

      2. Click Apply to filter the results once you have selected a date, or click Clear All to remove this filter.

   2. Status:

      1. You can filter the File Generation Status by selecting the Successful, In Progress, or Failed checkboxes.

3. Select the checkbox by the Property ID column to select the EDW file for that property.

4. From the Actions column, click Resend to resend the EDW file, or click Regenerate to generate the file again. 

Folio feed

To view the Folio Feed Logs, click the drop-down caret.

1. Enter the property ID or property name in the Search field.

2. Filter the results by:

   1. Business Date

      1. Click the calendar icon to view a business date to select.

      2. Click Apply to filter the results once you have selected a date, or click Clear All to remove this filter.

   2. Status

      1. You can filter the Night Audit Status by selecting the Completed, In Progress, or Failed checkboxes.

3. Select the checkbox by the Property ID column to select the folio feed for that property.

4. From the Actions column, click Resend to resend the folio feed, or click Regenerate to generate the file again.
