API Subscription

Use to manage API subscriptions.

Create a new subscription

To create a new API subscription:

  1. Select the Interface Type from the drop-down.

    1. If Check In/Check Out APIs was selected as an interface type:

      Note: Reservations with Cash or Check as the guarantee method cannot perform a third-party check-in. For direct bill reservations, the payment method will not be charged as part of the check-in process. For reservations with SUCC, the incidental card will not be charged as part of the check-in process.

      1. Collect payment during third-party check-in (applies to all vendors) checkbox - Enable the checkbox to charge the reservation's payment method at check-in.

      2. Auto-assign rooms during third-party check-in (applies to all vendors) checkbox - Enable the checkbox to allow a reservation to check-in without room assignment. During the night audit, users must confirm if the guest is checked into their assigned room from the Guest Board or Guest Stay Record page.

  2. Select one of the two statuses:

    1. Active 

    2. Inactive 

  3. Select the Vendor from the drop-down.

  4. Click Add Another Subscription to add the next subscription, if needed.

  5. Click Save to create the new subscription, or click Discard Changes to cancel.

Delete a subscription

To delete a saved subscription, click the trash icon by the Interface Type field.
