Use to view available options to change the room of the same room type. Navigate to Front Office → Guest Board → Guest Stay Record.
Use to view details of the guest's current room.
Click Edit beside Room No. in the Room Information section.
From the Room Assignment window, select a room from the list, or search for a specific room number in the Search by Room Number field. You can also select from the View By and Sort By drop-downs to filter the rooms.
Note: Click Reset to Default to clear your filters.
Click Select to save selection as new room.
At the Is room clean? modal, click one of the following:
Cancel - Closes the modal and does not change the room.
No, Dirty - The previously assigned room changes to a dirty room status, and the new room is assigned.
Yes, Clean - The previously assigned room remains in a clean room status, and the new room is assigned.
Click Save.
