You can manage company profiles containing contact information, rate links, and direct bill accounts at the chain or hotel level on the Company Profile page.
Company profiles are configured from the Company Profiles page. Navigate to Front Office → Company Profiles.
SynXis Central Reservation System supports updating the AR account information locally without removing the company profile or other information. When the company profile is attached to the account, the accounts receivable ID number updates and displays in the Direct Bill section of the company profile.
Note: A warning message displays if a company profile is removed from an AR account.
In the Accounts Receivable page, you can connect the company profile to the AR account. Select to update AR account details by clicking the Override the account fields with company information radio option, or you can select the Do not populate account fields with company information radio option.
Use this procedure to display the Help topic that corresponds to the page you are currently accessing in the system.
Navigate to a page in SynXis Platform.
Select the Help icon from the header at the top of the screen.
Note: Depending on the size of the screen, the Help icon may display in the System Menu.
The system opens a new browser tab and loads the Help topic into the right pane of the Help window. Use the scroll bar on the right side of the page or the down arrow on your keyboard to move down the page.
Note: The system will only open one Help window at a time. You must close the screen to access a different Help topic when you access it from a system page.
