Issue Keys

Issue new, duplicate, or one-time use keys.

1. Click Issue Key.

2. Choose what the Key Type from the drop-down list.

   1. New Key- Issues a key at check in. Issuing a new key deactivates any existing keys made for the room.

   2. Duplicate Key- Makes an additional key to the room without deactivating any existing keys.

   3. One-Time Key- Makes a key that opens the door one time only.

3. Choose the number of keys to be made. The max number of keys that can be made for a room at one time is nine (9).

4. Select the Terminal Number you are working from. Click the Remember my Terminal checkbox to save your terminal number.

5. Select the appropriate encoder from the drop-down. Click the Remember my Encoder checkbox to save the encoder.

6. Click Issue Keys.
