Select Find Guest to search. Search results display in the below table.
Select the vertical ellipses in the Actions column to view available actions:
View/edit profile
Use to add guest information to a reservation for a guest without an existing profile. The added guest information can be for one time use or saved as a new guest profile that can be used on future reservations.
Click the Add a Guest button.
In the Guest Details window, select the Enroll in Loyalty Program checkbox to enroll the guest in the rewards system.
Click the checkbox to confirm if the guest wants to Save personal information for future reservations (Required).
Note: This box must be checked for guest information to be stored for future use via the Find a Guest button. If guests enroll in the loyalty program, this checkbox is automatically selected and cannot be unselected.
Click the Guest consents to receive marketing communications checkbox.
Select the guest's title from the Prefix drop-down.
Enter the guest's first name in the First Name field
Enter the guest's last name in the Last Name field.
Enter the guest's phone number in the Phone field.
(Optional) Click Add Phone to add another point of contact for the guest.
Enter the guest's email in the Primary Email field.
(Optional) Click Add Email to add another point of contact for the guest.
Enter the guest's address in the Address field.
Enter the ZIP or postal code in the Zip/Postal Code field.
Enter the name of the city or town in the City/Town field.
Select the state or province from the State/Province drop-down.
Select the country from the Country drop-down.
(Optional) Click Add Address to add a secondary address for the guest.
Expand the VIP, Gender, Date of Birth, Language and Citizenship section to view more guest details.
(Optional) If the guest elected to enroll in the loyalty program, click the VIP drop-down and select the guest's status.
(Optional) Select their Gender Identity from the radio button options.
(Optional) Select the guest's preferred language from the Language drop-down.
(Optional) Select the guest's Date of Birth from the calendar icon.
(Optional) Select the Citizenship drop-down and select the checkbox next to the guest's country.
Expand the Document Types section.
Select an identification type from the Document Type drop-down.
Enter the documentation details in the corresponding fields.
(Optional) Select Add Travel Document to add another form of identification to the guest's profile.
Select the Walk-In or Create Reservation button to indicate the type of reservation and save the profile.
