Use the Group Board to manage Master Stay Records for groups. You can find a group by using the search bar or by locating the group by status. To get to group boards, navigate to Front Office → Group Board.
Type the group name in the Search Groups field to search for a specific group.
Click the Status drop-down to filter the group results by their reservation status.
Click the Add Group button to go to the Add Group page.
The Master Stay Record pulls together information entered during group configuration and gives you a quick view and links to the group's Master Folio and the Group Rooming List.
Click the Master Stay Record button to go to the Master Stay Record page.
The Group Rooming List is used to make, manage, and/or view all reservations that are attached to a group.
Click the drop-down arrow for the group.
Click View Group Rooming List to go to the Group Rooming List page.
Use the Master Folio to view and edit group charges, payments, and folios.
Click the drop-down arrow for the group.
Click View Master Folio to go to the Master Folio page.
