Messages Drawer

When notification rules (CRS → Setup → Channels → Multi Channel Settings - Rules Based Notifications) are set up for SynXis Property Hub, the Messages drawer displays on the following SynXis Property Hub pages:

  1. Dashboard
  2. Guest Board
  3. Guest Stay Record
  4. Guest Folio
  5. Master Stay Record
  6. Master Folio
  7. New Reservation
  8. Add-ons
  9. Create Reservation
  10. Walk-In
  11. Group Rooming List

Messages are triggered when a user performs an action as configured in the SynXis CRS and display in the Messages drawer in the SynXis Property Hub system.

  1. From the New Messages tab, click a message to open it.

    1. For bulk actions, click the blue hyperlink to navigate to the Guest Board and view the reservation(s).

  2. Click Back to mark the message as read. Read messages can be found in the Read Messages tab.

  3. Click the button to minimize the Messages drawer.

 

Feedback

Use the Feedback window to rate your satisfaction with SynXis Property Hub and to leave any comments or suggestions for future development. 

 

Find a guest via detailed filters. Enter the desired search criteria:

If the advanced search returns one result for a reservation, the system navigates to the Guest Stay Record for that reservation. If the search returns multiple reservation results, the system navigates to the Guest Board and displays a filtered list of reservations.

Narrow Results

  1. Select the desired statuses to be displayed:

    1. Arrivals - Reservations that are scheduled to arrive on the current date.

    2. Pre Arrivals - Reservations due to arrive in the future.

    3. In House - Reservations currently checked into the hotel.

    4. Checked out - Reservations that are due to check out of the hotel on the current date.

    5. Cancelled - Reservations that are cancelled.

    6. No show - Reservations that failed to check into the hotel on the expected arrival date.

  2. Select a Date Range from the drop-down.

  3. Click Find to save settings of filters and search for results.
