Most hotels use groups for any collection of bookings that are greater than a predefined amount.
If you have create or edit access and SynXis One is enabled for your hotel, use the Group Configuration page to establish and manage groups.
Note: If SynXis One is enabled for your property, the Front Office → Group Board page redirects you to the Group Configuration page.
Search for groups and filter results by status.
Add New - configuration steps when creating a new group or group room block.
Click the Name column hyperlink to go to the Master Stay Record for groups.
Click the Edit icon to go to Edit Group.
