Guest Board Settings

Use the property's default Guest Board settings page to enable the Page Experience. The Page Experience displays reservations in one table and has enhanced sorting functionality and an improved user interface.

Page experience

Select the Show Post Charge in table toolbar (outside of ACTIONS menu) checkbox. Once checked, the option to display the indicator for suppressed rates and the VIP indicator for each reservation is available to select under Display in reservations rows.

  1. Check Show indicator for suppressed rates to show the suppressed rate indicator for reservations with a suppressed rate.

  2. Check Show VIP indicator to display the VIP indicator for each reservation.

  3. Check Show loyalty enrollment link to display a link to enroll guests who are not yet associated to the loyalty program.

Chain

If your property has chain-level access, you can configure the visibility of fields and columns displayed in the Daily Statistics and Reservations table on the Guest Board page.

Customize Daily Statistics

You can define the order of fields that display in the Daily Statistics section of the Guest Board page or hide fields that are not applicable for your property. Field rows with a lock icon in one of the Customize Daily Statistics table columns means that column cannot be modified.

  1. To rearrange the order of the fields, drag and drop the arrange icon in the Order column to move the field to your desired order number. 

  2. Unselect the Brand & Hotel Can Edit Order checkboxes to disable modifications at the brand level and hotel level. 

  3. Toggle the Visibility switch off to hide an undesired field.

  4. Unselect the Brand & Hotel Can Edit Visibility checkboxes to disable modifications at the brand level and hotel level. 

  5. Click Save, or click Reset to Default to undo any changes to the table. 

Customize reservation column headers

You can define the order of column headers that display in the Daily Statistics section of the Guest Board page or hide columns that are not applicable for your property. Column header rows with a lock icon in one of the Customize Reservation Column Headers table columns means that column cannot be modified.

  1. To rearrange the order of the column headers, drag and drop the arrange icon in the Order column to move the row to your desired order number. 

  2. Unselect the Brand & Hotel Can Edit Order checkboxes to disable modifications at the brand level and hotel level. 

  3. Toggle the Visibility switch off to hide an undesired column header. 

  4. Unselect the Brand & Hotel Can Edit Visibility checkboxes to disable modifications at the brand level and hotel level. 

  5. Click Save, or click Reset to Default to undo any changes to the table. 

Brand

If your property has brand-level access, you can configure the visibility of fields displayed in the Stay Information section of the Guest Stay Record page.

Apply configuration at the brand level to all API

You can define the order and visibility of fields that display in the Stay Information section of the Guest Stay Record page and control the ability to make changes at the hotel level. Field rows with a lock icon in one of the table columns means that column cannot be modified.

  1. To rearrange the order of the fields, drag and drop the arrange icon in the Order column to move the field to your desired order number. 

  2. Unselect the Hotels Can Edit Order checkboxes to disable modifications at the brand level and hotel level. 

  3. Toggle the Visibility switch off to hide an undesired field. 

  4. Unselect the Hotels Can Edit Visibility checkboxes to disable modifications at the brand level and hotel level. 

  5. Click Save, or click Reset to Default to undo any changes to the table. 

Stay information customization

This section shows a visual model of what the field arrangement looks like in the Stay Information page based off the desktop, tablet, or mobile width of a user's screen. The numbers correlate with the order of the fields from the Apply Configuration at the Brand Level to All API table.

Hotel

If your property has hotel-level access, you can configure the visibility of fields and columns displayed in the Daily Statistics and Reservations table on the Guest Board page.
