You can configure the property's default visibility of fields displayed in the Stay Information section of the Guest Stay Record page.

Guest details are accessible from the Guest Stay Record and Find a Guest pages. Select other pertinent information to be required on guest forms and how it should display:
Text case formatting for all guest name fields:
Title case (First letter of each word is capitalized)
Caps lock on (All uppercase)
Additional required fields:
Phone
Address (street address field)
Folios are accessible from the Guest Stay Record, Group Master Stay Record, and House Accounts.
By default, folio transactions are arranged based on their dates:
Newer to older
Older to newer
If your property has chain-level access, you can configure the visibility of fields displayed in the Stay Information section on the Guest Stay Record page.
You can hide, add, or define the order of fields that display in the Stay Information section of the Guest Stay Record page.
To rearrange the order of the fields, drag and drop the arrange icon in the Order column to move the field to your desired order number.
Unselect the Brand & Hotel Can Edit Order checkboxes to disable modifications at the brand level and hotel level.
Note: Field rows with a lock icon in one of the table columns means that column cannot be modified.
Toggle the Visibility switch off to hide an undesired field, or toggle it on to add additional fields.
Unselect the Brand & Hotel Can Edit Visibility checkboxes to disable modifications at the brand level and hotel level.
Click Save, or click Reset to Default to undo any changes to the table.
This section shows a visual model of what the field arrangement looks like in the Stay Information page based off the desktop, tablet, or mobile width of a user's screen. The numbers correlate with the order of the fields from the table.
