SPH Dashboard

The SynXis Property Hub Dashboard gives you a snapshot of your hotel at a glance. Information on the Dashboard can be refreshed by clicking the refresh icon. Information is grouped into sections according to the configuration set up in Dashboard Settings.

You can also open and close the property's bank from the Dashboard.


Availability section

Availability

Description

Available Rooms to Sell

This number reflects the number of rooms that have not been booked for the day. This number does not take into account the Housekeeping status of a room (I.E. clean/dirty). When the Availability card is expanded, the available rooms are displayed by room type and totals. 

Note: The Total Rooms Available row reflects the property's status when the hotel is closed. 

Walk-in Rate

Walk-in rate for the day. This is configured in Property Setup and is identified by a specific Rate Plan/Room Type.

Reservations section

Status

Description

Arriving

Current day reservations expected for arrival.

Departing

Current day reservations expected for departure.

Stay Overs

Reservations that are currently occupying a room. Also referred to as In-house.

Cancelled

Number of reservations that have been cancelled for the current day.

Day-Use

In-house reservations that are staying for 0 nights. These reservations check-in and check-out on the same day.

Comp

Complementary stays are reservations that are staying at a $0.00 or house rate.

Groups

Shows the number of groups that are In-house. This number does not reflect the number of individual reservations associated with a group, but rather the number of groups in the Master Stay Record with a status of Checked-In.

Projections section

Select dates in the Compare Dates fields, and then click Update to view a comparison between the two dates' projections.

Projections

Description

Occupancy

Calculated by dividing the total # of rooms occupied divided by the total number of rooms available, multiplied by 100.

Room Rev

Revenue per Available Room, also known as RevPar. Calculated by multiplying the hotel's ADR by its occupancy rate.

ADR

Calculated from room revenue divided by rooms sold.

Group Rev

Revenue per Available Group Room.

 

Room Status section

Room Status

Description

Vacant/Clean

Rooms that are ready for check-ins.

Occupied/Clean

In-House rooms that have received housekeeping service for the day.

Vacant/Dirty

Rooms to be cleaned for guests to check-in to.

Occupied/Dirty

In-House rooms that have not received housekeeping service for the day.

Out of Order

Rooms that have be placed out of order are available to be assigned to a reservation but are still counted in inventory as sellable.

Out of Inventory

Rooms that have be placed out of inventory are available to be assigned to a reservation, but are not counted in inventory as sellable.

Description

New Task Click the New Task button to assign a new task.

Groups section

Groups

Description

Today's groups

Displays groups that are in-house or arriving for the current business date.

Upcoming groups Displays groups that are upcoming within the next business date up to 6 months from the current date. Selecting the group name takes you to the Master Stay Record.
