| Dashboard | SynXis Property Hub has been enhanced to include a toggle next to the weather display so properties can switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit. |
| Front Desk | SynXis Property Hub has been enhanced to include new reservation status functionality. For reservations with a Pre-Arrival status, a new Move to Reserved button displays on the top toolbar in the Guest Stay Record so users can change the reservation status back to Reserved to accommodate any updates to the reservation. |

The property settings Guest Stay Record and Guest Board pages have been enhanced to include a new Arrival & Departure Time field to configure for third-party check-ins. When configured, the Guest Board Reservations table displays new columns for Arrival Time and Departure Time, and the Guest Stay Record page displays a new Arrival & Departure Time section under Stay Information. The Tape Chart page also displays the Arrival & Departure Time section in the Reservation Information window. The API Subscription page has been enhanced to include a new configuration checkbox for the Check In/ Check Out APIs interface type. When enabled, rooms are automatically assigned during third-party check-ins. During the night audit, users must confirm if the guest is in their assigned room from the Guest Board or Guest Stay Record page. The property settings Check-in page has been enhanced to include Auto-assign rooms at check-in configuration. Additionally, the Reservations page has been enhanced to include Enable room rotation for room assignment functionality. The Room Units page has been enhanced to include new Rank configuration to support room assignment functionality. Room rank can be viewed from any page or window where rooms are assigned/changed (Guest Board, Guest Stay Record, Walk In Reservation, and Group Rooming List). Ranking configuration does not display when the above Enable room rotation for room assignment attribute is enabled. |

The Chain Default Setup page has been enhanced to include new member guest profile configuration. When enabled, travel documents can be added, edited, or removed from externally managed VIP-level guest profiles. For hotels that have the Show VIP Indicator configuration enabled (Setup → Property Hub Configuration → Property Settings - Guest Board), a new VIP column displays in the Standard Guest List and Guest List reports. The API Subscription page has been enhanced to include new configuration for the Check In/ Check Out APIs interface type. Vendors can now be configured to collect payment during third-party check-in. Reservations that have checked in through a third party will display on the Guest Board with a Pre-Arrival status, allowing the ability to pre-assign rooms and prepare for the guest's stay. The property settings Guest Stay Record page has been enhanced to include new folio page configuration. SynXis Property Hub has been enhanced to include new transaction functionality for House Account, Group, and Guest folios. SynXis Property Hub has been enhanced to include tax-included functionality for dynamic packages. On the Transaction Codes page, the Tax Inclusive checkbox has been retitled to Tax Included. |

| Housekeeping | For users with a Nuvola housekeeping subscription, the Room Status page has been enhanced to include a new Inspected filter under Housekeeping Status. Users must select if a room has been inspected upon room change request selection. Inspected rooms display with an Inspected icon on the Room Status table. |

The SynXis Property Hub has been enhanced to include Interac as a payment method. Transaction completed by an Interac card displays on the Credit Card Transaction Total, Transaction Totals Summary, Transaction Totals Detail, and Statistics reports. The Shift4 payment gateway has been enhanced to include Automatically settle payment processor batch during night audit functionality. The Guest Folio and Master Folio pages have been enhanced to include a retrieve archived data link in the Transactions table. Settled folios over a year old are automatically archived for data retention. Archived folios can be printed or emailed without reinstating the transactions. The Guest Board has been enhanced to include a new Channel Connect Confirmation field in the Advanced Search modal. |
| Housekeeping | The Room Status page has been enhanced to include new room status functionality. Users must select if a room is clean or dirty from the Change Room window in the Guest Stay Record. The SynXis Property Hub system updates the room status to dirty only after the night audit is complete. |

The EDW File page has been retitled to File Transfer.
The SynXis Property Hub UI has been enhanced to include breadcrumbs on Property Hub Configuration pages. Continued updates to the look and feel of the SPH system are in effect. |

A message icon displays on reservations with comments attached that can be viewed in the Guest Stay Record. A flag icon displays on reservations with add-ons and room requests. A new Enroll link also displays on reservations with the Show loyalty enrollment link checkbox enabled. The Guest Stay Record page has been enhanced to include a Pet Friendly Room checkbox in the Room Requests window. The Housekeeping page has been enhanced to include pet friendly functionality. |

The Hotel Forms page has been enhanced to include digital signature capture functionality. A new Disclaimers button also displays for basic and custom registration card configuration with editable fields for the Hotel Disclaimer and Long Disclaimer.
